The 49# is a floor plastic pallet with a ventilated top deck and a cruciform bottom deck that is designed for extensive food and pharmaceutical transport. It is a 4-way entry, a two-piece pallet that measures at 45.2” x 51.9” x 4.9” and weighs 22 lbs. This efficient model is rackable, stackable, and incredibly durable. It has a 2640 lb dynamic capacity and a 8800 lb static capacity. The 49# can also hold a racking capacity of 500 lbs which saves on storage space and shipping space. The plastic is made from a blend of HDPE/PP/FM that is impervious to acids fats, solvents, and odors. This hygienic blend of plastics is resistant to water absorption and bacteria growth. The materials used in this pallet have been approved by the FDA. Each pallet purchased comes brand new and in black.
